Senior IT Program Manager

About the Role

Lead all aspects of IT service delivery and client relationship management for a large ITIL infrastructure services contract. Oversee the delivery of full IT lifecycle services, including cybersecurity programs, IT operations, project/portfolio management, enterprise services, and data center operations. Act as the senior leader responsible for all aspects of service delivery, ensuring client goals and business strategies are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, building strong relationships and driving IT operational excellence
• Monitor and drive performance across all service offerings, implementing best practices and continuous improvements
• Advocate for business cases supporting new technologies, enhanced service capabilities, and greater cost efficiencies, leading transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 15+ years of experience
• At least 15 years of infrastructure support experience, including 4+ years supervising projects or project teams
• Extensive experience managing a fully outsourced IT infrastructure and operations program, ideally in environments with stringent security requirements (e.g., federal government, financial services)
• Direct experience with IT operations, cybersecurity, data center management, and client support for large-scale programs
• Proven leadership in driving SLA achievement and resolving operational challenges, with established success in engaging executive stakeholders
• In-depth implementation experience with customization of IT management tools like ServiceNow and SharePoint
