About the role

We are seeking a Senior IT Program Delivery Manager for the Americas to join our Central IT team. This role ensures IT business solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and with value to the business. You will lead a large regional team and vendor partners, delivering and supporting projects across all business sectors. Responsibilities

• Work with Solution Teams and Infrastructure & Operations to prioritize demand from sector teams, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and portfolio.
• Manage a portfolio of IT projects to deliver business solutions on time and at optimal operational cost.
• Effectively manage multiple vendors to meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
• Maintain end-to-end accountability for managing the portfolio.
• Develop, lead, and manage a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with Solution Teams to ensure enterprise standardization of US solutions and delivery of global solutions into the Americas.
• Provide coverage and support to the Head of Regional Service Delivery – Americas as needed.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science/STEM and 10+ years of IT program management experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/STEM and 8+ years of IT program management experience, OR
• Master’s degree in Computer Science/STEM and 6+ years of IT program management experience, OR
• JD/PhD in Computer Science/STEM and 3+ years of IT program management experience, OR
• In lieu of a degree, 12+ years of IT program management experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

• IT delivery leadership experience.
• Experience operating in a shared services model.
• Demonstrable program leadership in delivering a range of complex technical projects.
• Experience planning, scheduling, and monitoring work to meet time and quality targets.
• Experience leading and working in a global business environment with distributed teams.
• PMP Certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both technical and non-technical.

Pay

Pay ranges for remote employees are based on the state of residence and may vary from the posted range.

$156,274 - $253,946 annually.
