About the Opportunity

The Senior IT Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of IT investments and programs to support enterprise goals. This role ensures the effective delivery of complex IT projects that enhance customer experience across multiple digital channels. The position requires coordination among various IT and business teams, driving decision-making and resource management to align with strategic objectives. A key focus is leading finance-focused SAP S/4HANA migration programs, managing testing, migration to cloud infrastructure, and supporting change management for finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize comprehensive enterprise portfolio processes, seamlessly managing incoming demand models, resource allocation, program execution, and financial budgeting metrics
  • Gather detailed project requirements, conduct root-cause analysis on operational bottlenecks, and ensure foundational lifecycle stages like technical architecture design and funding approvals are structurally complete
  • Oversee end-to-end IT project delivery, coordinating high-stakes alignment meetings, clearing blockers, and resolving complex technical dependencies
  • Communicate effectively and transparently across cross-functional engineering teams, peripheral operational groups, and C-suite executives
  • Direct finance-specific SAP S/4HANA migration programs from legacy ERP Central Component (ECC) environments, successfully managing technical system transformations and business process changes
  • Coordinate large-scale, automated and manual end-to-end testing cycles across complex upstream and downstream finance integrations
  • Partner closely with cloud engineering teams to oversee secure, seamless data and infrastructure migration activities onto AWS cloud architecture
  • Support comprehensive organizational change management (OCM) frameworks, training readiness parameters, and user-adoption playbooks for impacted finance stakeholders

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading high-visibility, finance-focused SAP S/4HANA migration programs, with deep practical knowledge of brownfield migration methodologies
  • Proven architectural or managerial capability to coordinate complex, enterprise-wide system integrations across multiple operational business lines
  • Strong domain expertise regarding global corporate finance processes, accounting workflows, and technical capability changes during ERP transitions
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and cloud infrastructure migration activities
  • Exceptional skill set in organizational change management (OCM) frameworks, user readiness strategies, and corporate training plan preparation
  • Advanced strategic thinking, cross-functional influencing capabilities, and professional verbal and written communication habits

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Target annual base salary range: $134,100.00 to $223,500.00 USD
Eligible for an annual performance-based incentive target of up to 20% structured dynamically based on individual delivery and overall corporate milestone achievements
