Senior IT Operations Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior IT Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will own the day-to-day IT operations function, with a strong focus on security, access management, and infrastructure reliability in a fast-growing technology environment. You will partner closely with internal teams and third-party providers to strengthen controls, improve incident response, and support audit readiness. The position also calls for hands-on leadership, process improvement, and practical guidance that helps the organization maintain a secure and scalable IT foundation.
