Senior IT Manager, Applications and Platform Support Services

Responsibilities

• Oversee application support and platform services
• Lead a team of IT professionals
• Manage vendor and consultant relationships
• Cookordination with program partners across CAL FIRE
• Guide technology strategy for the applications portfolio
• Shape how the agency's technology infrastructure evolves to meet operational demands

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading IT teams in complex environments
• Experience managing enterprise applications and platform support
• Strong people leadership skills
• Technical depth in IT management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT management
• Experience with enterprise applications and platform support
• Leadership experience in a similar role
