Senior IT Help Desk Administrator
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to daily IT support requests through the company’s ticketing system (ManageEngine ServiceDesk or equivalent).
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues involving Windows 10/11, Office 365, printers, and peripherals.
- Provide both on-site and remote support for employees at all organizational levels.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and security groups within Active Directory.
- Administer Office 365 licenses, mailboxes, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Install and configure approved software in accordance with corporate IT standards.
- Maintain accurate asset inventories for hardware and software across multiple facilities.
- Deliver user training and promote best practices in cybersecurity and system use.
- Ensure all work is documented and tracked according to ITIL and company standards.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining 3D engineering and design applications (SolidWorks, Autodesk, MATLAB, Adobe).
- Familiarity with ITIL service management principles and enterprise ticketing systems (ManageEngine ServiceDesk or similar).
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
- Proficiency and experience with managing and deploying Teams Conferencing devices.
- Experience with InTune, MAM/MDM and AutoPilot.
