Senior IT Engineer (AI)

Responsibilities

• : Design and build integrations between AI platforms and corporate business systems, including API development and workflow automation.
• AI Operationalization>: Evaluate and operationalize AI tools as the company's needs evolve—starting with Gemini Enterprise.
• Cloud Resource Management>: Manage the GCP resources that support our AI environment—APIs, billing, project configuration, and access controls.
• Security Partnership>: Partner with Enterprise Security to support the "vibe coding" approval process, helping teams build AI-assisted applications securely.
• Infrastructure Support>: Support IT infrastructure operations including certificate management, DNS administration, and Terraform-based infrastructure-as-code practices.

Qualifications

• System Integration>: Proven experience building integrations, automations, or tools that connect disparate systems.
• API & Cloud Proficiency>: Professional experience working with APIs, scripting, and cloud platforms.
• AI Implementation>: Experience as an AI practitioner, moving beyond prompting into building with AI tools.
• Technical Communication>: Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Operational Mindset>: Demonstrated ability to manage both creative development and steady-state operational tasks.

Additional (Preferred)

• Familiarity with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience with enterprise integrations involving Salesforce, Snowflake, or HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI agent frameworks.
