Senior IT Auditor

Responsibilities

• Oversight and coordination of outsourced audit resources.
• Planning, executing, and leading comprehensive IT audits.
• Conducting risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and inefficiencies.
• Evaluating the risk management strategies in place for IT operations and systems.
• Developing actionable recommendations to address identified weaknesses in IT controls.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
• Maintaining detailed records of audit procedures, evidence, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, MIS, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• One or more of the following internal audit certifications: CISA or other relevant certifications.
• At least 5+ years of relevant IT experience, with at least 4+ years in either internal or external audit.
• Strong critical thinking and project management skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of key business risks and related internal controls.
• Experience with new software implementation and establishing and testing implementation controls.
