About the role

The Senior ERP Application Analyst uses a wide application of principles, theories, and concepts related to Human Resource and Payroll and/or Supply Chain and/or Finance and/or nurse scheduling and/or IS business processes and ERP systems, to provide solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems. May lead medium projects and work teams and will work on a number of complex business applications.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and devices or modifies procedures to process data and solve problems.
  • Reviews schedules, cost and documentation to ensure success of projects.
  • Mentors and assists others in support of applications, projects and goals.
  • Typically deals with users to determine appropriate requirements of complex systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or a Combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience).
  • 5 years of Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems - Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion, etc.), Applications, PeopleSoft, Workday.
  • 2 years of Demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, CPA, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, HCM.
  • Certified in Production and Inventory Management, Certified Public Accountant, Human Resources Global Professional, or Project Management Professional upon hire.
  • Oracle Certified Professional (for relevant FIN, SC, HCM applications) upon hire.
  • 2 years of experience with implementation or support of Oracle Cloud Suite (HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain and/or Finance) is highly desired.
  • 2 years of experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas.

Pay

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
