Senior IP Attorney (Partner)

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior IP Attorney (Partner) with 7-15 years of experience to join our prominent intellectual property law firm. This fully remote position offers comprehensive support services without high revenue splits. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in intellectual property law, exceptional client relationship management skills, and strong legal writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse caseload of IP matters, maintaining top-tier client service and results
• Leverage the firm's backend support to streamline productivity and optimize billing
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and staff, fostering a cohesive and effective team environment

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
• Proven ability to manage complex IP cases and client relationships in a remote work environment
