Senior IoT Product Manager

Preferred work office location is Austin, TX or Hartford, CT (hybrid work schedule).

About the role

HSB and its IoT technology subsidiary, Meshify, are seeking an outstanding Senior Product Manager to guide the organization’s mobile and web app efforts. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the overall end‑to‑end product lifecycle, including customer discovery, product vision and strategy, roadmap refinement, requirements gathering, development, product launch and post‑launch activities. The role is ideal for someone passionate about building and owning innovative, customer‑facing products and who can develop strong relationships and build consensus across technical and non‑technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for mobile and web applications, from discovery through post‑launch.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; refine requirements based on customer feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, operations, business development, legal, and customer success teams.
• Drive prioritization, development, and launch of new features and products.
• Conduct product analytics and user research (qualitative and quantitative) to inform decisions.
• Present product plans and progress to senior executives and gain consensus on complex topics.
• Own product outcomes with a proactive, self‑starter attitude and a focus on solving customer problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience delivering across the full product lifecycle.
• Proven experience launching one or more V1 customer‑facing products.
• Prior work experience in IoT or Smart Home strongly preferred.
