This position involves providing strategic advice to clients on complex financial transactions, participating in deal teams, and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of M&A and restructuring deals
• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in investment banking or a related field

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg)
