About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of M&A and restructuring deals
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses
- Prepare and present investment banking reports to clients and investors
- Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with other professionals in the firm to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in investment banking or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg)
Qualifications
