Responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage international contracts ensuring compliance with legal and business standards.
- Maintain thorough records and reports on contract performance and compliance.
- Monitor contractual obligations and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Resolve disputes and conflicts arising from contract issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or related field.
- Experience in international business and compliance.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
