Overview

Our client, a global experience design agency, specializes in creating immersive, brand-driven digital experiences that blend UI design, interaction design, storytelling, and technology within physical environments. The team partners with leading brands to translate complex ideas into elegant, usable experiences across large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.

Job Description

  • Create digital experience designs for immersive environments, bringing UX and creative strategy to life through storyboards, mockups, prototypes, and UI systems.
  • Partner with creative directors, design leads, project managers, developers, and external vendors to shape interactive experiences from discovery through design development and production.
  • Present concepts, refine feedback into design direction, create design books and production artwork, and ensure consistency across final deliverables.
  • Support design reviews, maintain UI libraries, and help keep files, assets, and handoffs organized for internal and external production teams.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years of experience in UI, interaction design, or digital experience design.
  • Strong background in discovery workshops, stakeholder collaboration, storyboards, mockups, UI libraries, and prototyping.
  • Passion for user-centered design, digital storytelling, and creating beautiful, functional interfaces with a strong foundation in interaction design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma or similar prototyping tools, with strong presentation and documentation skills.
  • Familiar with Google Material Design, usability principles, and handoff workflows for developers and production teams.
  • Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including strategy, UX, brand, environmental, AV, and engineering partners.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable balancing creativity, consistency, and production-ready output in complex project environments.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Background in digital design, interaction design, UX/UI, or related disciplines.
