Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all-source intelligence analysis and fusion supporting DCO situational awareness, DoDIN threat defense, and cyberspace targeting decisions
- Drive integration of DCO-relevant analytical production between joint intelligence operations centers, DCDC, and partner DoD and IC organizations
- Serve as principal advisor for intelligence tradecraft, analytical standards, and DCO mission readiness across the command's intelligence enterprise
- Align and coordinate analytical outputs — spanning threat fusion, current DCO operations support, and workforce training — to meet evolving defensive mission demands
- Cook up and coordinate analytical outputs to align collection and production priorities with active DoDIN defense requirements and adversary threat vectors
- Lead intelligence support to DCO targeting, CONOP development, and network defense mission assurance activities
- Represent the command's DCO intelligence posture in senior-level forums, interagency engagements, and planning groups
- Oversee workforce management and professional development for a team of senior analysts supporting DCO intelligence functions
- Provide inputs to periodic program reviews and updates to program managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 20 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, fusion, or production, with demonstrated leadership of intelligence teams
- Active TS/SCI clearance with current Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph
- U.S. citizenship required
- Prior experience supporting USCYBERCOM, DCDC, CNMF, JIOC, or a comparable joint DCO or cyberspace intelligence enterprise
- Deep understanding of DCO mission frameworks, DoDIN threat landscape, and adversary cyberspace tradecraft
- Proven ability to coordinate analytical integration across multiple DoW and IC organizations at the senior staff level
- Strong written and oral communication skills; experience briefing senior military or government leadership
Preferred
- Prior military or government intelligence leadership at the senior officer/enlisted or GS-14/15 level or equivalent
- Experience as a Deputy Program Manager or senior technical lead on large DCO or cyberspace intelligence support contracts
- Familiarity with joint doctrine governing cyberspace operations (JP 3-12, JP 2-0) and DCO-IDM frameworks
