Senior Intelligence Analyst/Translator

About the Role

Join GDIT’s fast-growing US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System eXtended (US BICES-X) program, supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on global threats. As part of an internationally dispersed team, you’ll directly support warfighters and their missions across combatant commands.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents between Portuguese and English, providing consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during virtual and in-person events, including subject matter expert exchanges, conferences, and key leader engagements.
• Disseminate finalized U.S. products to support coalition information sharing requirements.
• Ensure information is discoverable, accessible, and usable for real-world efforts.
• Collaborate with U.S. producers to disseminate information to Coalition networks.
• Provide feedback and metrics on product dissemination and consumption.
• Conduct research on national security, infrastructure, technology, geography, biographics, and geopolitical vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet evolving requirements.
• Provide US BICES and US BICES-X training to U.S. and Partner Nation users.

Requirements

• Native/Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese (ILR Level 5 equivalent).
• 10+ years of intelligence analysis or translation/interpretation experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of intelligence analysis principles, methods, and regulations.
• Current passport and ability to travel to SOUTHCOM AOR countries.

Qualifications

• Experience translating highly technical/complex documents and interpreting during professional events.
• Demonstrated knowledge of intelligence analysis processes and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CCMD Foreign Disclosure Officers (FDO) to expand product release audiences.
• Experience researching and writing intelligence reports.
• Experience supporting multinational customers and deployed personnel.

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $85,093 - $105,800. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.

Schedule

40 hours per week, with 10-25% travel required. Onsite work in Doral, FL.
