Senior Intelligence Analyst

CeLeen, an operating group of Command Holdings, is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to support a contract with the Pentagon Force Protection Agency.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and refer threats, threat trends, tactics, or situational awareness of local disruptions to Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) missions.
• Fulfill Requests For Information (RFIs) from the shared inbox by reading and confirming RFIs, developing a research plan, completing the research, and submitting an information product tailored to the requestor’s needs.
• Research, write, publish, and brief informational products highlighting new threat trends, tactics, or other relevant information affecting PFPA mission and responsibilities.
• Attend staff meetings, working groups, and conferences to understand new threat trends, provide pre-approved PFPA information, and advise PFPA leaders.
• Provide advisement and assistance in developing new or modified work methods, teamwork, innovative approaches, and alternative uses of new or available data sources.
• Provide analytical support to PFPA to identify threats such as terrorism, criminal, and foreign intelligence directed toward PFPA missions and responsibilities.
• Coordinate local, state, and federal information from Law Enforcement (LE) and Intelligence Community (IC) for production of threat intelligence products and disseminate to relevant PFPA members and external partners.
• Attend and brief threat information and actionable intelligence to decision makers within PFPA and external partners.
• Establish long-term intelligence services and capabilities for the Threat Intelligence Center.
• Coordinate, create, submit, and present summary reports of relevant threat information from LE and Intelligence Community sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in international studies, criminal justice, intelligence analysis, national security, or other similar fields.
• Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.
• Ten (10) years of experience in criminal or intelligence analytical work, including research, analyzing, writing, and publishing intelligence or threat products for decision makers.
• Two (2) years of experience producing briefing material and briefing leaders and decision makers.
• Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Five (5) years of experience with intelligence and Law Enforcement analytical tools and software, including Authentic8, Dataminr, JARVISS, CHROME, and Palantir.

Work Environment

• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods.
• Ability to work in confined areas.

Pay

Anticipated salary range: $126,000–$158,000.
