About the role

As a Senior Integration Consultant, you apply your advanced knowledge of our integration solutions with your integration project experience and technical insights to design high-quality and powerful integration solutions for our customers. You guide our integration and supply chain consultants through the entire integration phase of each project.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand specific business needs and translate them into feasible solutions.
  • Monitor new trends and make technological opportunities understandable before translating them into interesting business opportunities.
  • Guide multiple development teams to deliver consistent end-results.
  • Perform root cause analysis.
  • Drive the new system’s architecture with respect for our organizational strategy, non-functional requirements, availability, and new technology.
  • Define the optimal way to solve customer problems in close collaboration with technical architects, front- and back-end developers, QA teams, and IT.

Your team

As an Integration Architect, you’ll join the Delivery team, part of the Customer Solutions organization. The Delivery team delivers the solution and assists customers before, during, and beyond implementation. Once the global design is approved, all project team members collaborate to implement all components of the solution and ensure flawless integration. User Engagement initiatives, training, documentation, and coaching enable customers to understand and use the solution to its full potential.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant integration experience.
  • A Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and realism.
  • A pragmatic attitude and a critical mindset that questions ideas and weighs different options.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines and provide high-quality deliverables.
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A structured way of working with an eye for detail while maintaining a good overview.
  • Knowledge of and experience in at least some of the following domains: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, SOA/Integration, Microservices, Enterprise messaging systems, and Streaming.
