About The Team/Role

The Senior Integration Analyst is responsible for the successful setup of client data integrations for WEX Directs’ largest new and existing clients. The Senior Integration Analyst simultaneously manages multiple client data integrations serving as the file integration project owner and vendor contact, while ensuring quality file builds through testing of files with high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Must adhere to security policies
  • Manage the data integration build and testing process between all internal and external parties
  • Communicate and educate client and vendor contacts on WEX Directs’ data integration approach, including testing practices, processing timelines, error reporting, insurance carrier integrations and software functionality
  • Provide consistent updates to the client, vendor, and appropriate internal contacts on the status of all file builds throughout the integration project
  • Utilize and promote standard layouts supported by Benefits and COBRA systems to ensure data security and integrity
  • Develop solutions that contribute to a seamless data integration experience
  • Communicate timelines and provide conference call recap emails to all stakeholders
  • Review and evaluate existing client data specifications to ensure that the most integrated solution is offered
  • Develop and execute a conversion plan when necessary
  • Drive the data integration process in conjunction with the Implementation Manager to make sure the integration project is completed in a timely fashion
  • Educate clients on file requirements and how to successfully submit data to WEX Direct
  • Record and save all documentation related to the integration project according to team processes
  • Maintain high levels of quality in all aspects of your work
  • Respond to all requests made by the employer, carrier, consultant and/or the third-party vendor within 24 hours
  • Mentor and assist in the technical development of the Integration Analysts
  • Aid in training others on the team as needed
  • Seek development opportunities to grow technical knowledge and skills
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to management to improve WEX Directs’ file integrations and associated processes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to other teams
  • Assist with questions, research or review files for potential clients
  • Manage the details of the integration
  • Track and coordinate integrations for employer, including conversion projects
  • Attend and schedule conference calls to discuss the integration process
  • Track and follow-up to ensure test data is received within the appropriate timelines, keeping all parties updated on the progress
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Create efficiencies and improve processes for employers, consultants and third-party vendors
  • Afford assistance with creating special processes for integrations through working with other departments (if necessary)
  • Continuous improvement approach to work
  • Communicate changes needed to processes
  • Engage in continuous learning and sharing of knowledge with team members
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Maintain policy according to HIPAA

Requirements

  • 3+ years of integration experience preferred
  • Expert knowledge on at least four integration types; two required types are COBRA incoming and benefits incoming file integrations
  • Experience working with mid-market to large clients
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent Industry experience
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a diverse customer and employee population
  • Self-driven, motivated, and must have the ability to manage a fast-paced, result-orientated environment
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and multi-tasking capabilities
  • A team player with high energy
  • Consistently achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at every stage of the integration process
  • Subject matter expertise within functional areas or operations units supported
  • May be responsible for mentoring/guiding junior staff

Pay

Pay Range: $53,000.00 - $69,700.00
