Skills: maybe we can extract from responsibilities: patient counseling, communication, etc. But we can also create a Skills section from the list of skills like "Excellent patient counseling skills", "Ability to communicate complex medical information", "Proficiency using MS Office", "Multilingual". However we already have those in Requirements. Might be redundant. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But they said use headings for those categories if content exists. We have both Minimum Requirements and Preferred Requirements, so we can have Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred). Skills maybe not needed separately.
