Senior Instrument & Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities Lead instrumentation and control system design for industrial/process facilities.Develop control philosophies, P&IDs, specifications, datasheets, loop sheets, and wiring diagrams.Work with PLC and DCS systems including Allen-Bradley, Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa, and Honeywell.Lead engineering/design teams and manage manpower and project schedules.Prepare engineering hours, installed-cost estimates, budgets, and progress reports.Coordinate with clients, plant teams, construction teams, subcontractors, and local authorities.Perform quality checks and provide technical guidance to engineering/design staff.Ensure designs comply with ISA, NFPA, API, ASME, OSHA, and applicable regulations.Support field activities and travel to project sites when required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related Engineering discipline.10-15 years of engineering design experience.PE license required.Strong experience with instrumentation and control systems.Experience in chemical, refining, petrochemical, or specialty chemical plants.PLC/DCS experience.Field/project leadership experience.Strong knowledge of applicable engineering codes and standards.
