Senior Institutional Sales / Business Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted institutional business development strategy.
  • Build relationships with senior contacts across adviser platforms, asset managers, fund complexes, and related organizations.
  • Educate counterparties on our client's liquidity solutions for residual assets.
  • Cook up with internal teams on diligence, documentation, and transaction execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, outreach, and pipeline activity.
  • Represent our client in meetings, calls, conferences, and other business development settings.

Ideal Background

  • 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, relationship management, capital markets, asset management, prime brokerage, fund administration, securities services, or a related field.
  • Existing relationships with institutional investment organizations and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, persistent, and able to manage a long-cycle sales process.
  • Experience with fund liquidation, asset servicing, restructuring, claims, legal finance, or alternative investments is a plus.
