This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite technical deployments of large-scale AI datacenters for seamless integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with GPU, networking, and storage technologies
• Support sales teams by driving adoption of solutions through expert collaboration
• Engage with customer engineers and decision-makers to define product requirements in AI
• Accelerate integration of technologies with Cloud Partners to maximize time-to-value

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in system design or customer support in technology
• Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware including servers, storage, and networking devices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with time-management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams

Pay

$152,000 – $287,500 annually
