Senior Information Technology Project Manager

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary communication bridge between the Hong Kong IT team and global IT leadership
• Facilitate discussions and translate technical context between Hong Kong and other regional teams
• Support efforts to secure, stabilize, and modernize the Hong Kong IT environment
• Help shape and execute a longer-term integration strategy for the region
• Build trust with a long-tenured local team to help preserve institutional knowledge through the transition

What Gets You the Job

• Fluent in Cantonese and English, spoken and written
• 10+ years of project management experience in large, complex IT environments
• Experience working with distributed, global teams across time zones and cultures
• Broad exposure across IT domains such as network, application development, infrastructure, and AI initiatives
• Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills, comfortable operating as a trusted go-between across teams with different working styles

Preferred:

• Experience with organizational integration, M&A IT integration, or separation/carve-out projects
