Senior Information Security Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and guidelines
• Conduct audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps
• Lead risk assessments to evaluate security threats and vulnerabilities
• Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits
• Proactively stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends
• Implement improvements to the compliance program based on evolving risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in information security, compliance, or related roles
• Experience with regulatory requirements and industry frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI DSS)
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, control frameworks, and compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with compliance management tools and GRC platforms
