Senior Information Management Specialist

About the role

The Senior Information Management Specialist supports the U.S. Navy’s Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) in Dahlgren, Virginia. The role oversees IT workflows, workforce systems, and database tracking networks, managing and maintaining key Navy enterprise platforms and administrative portals. It also involves providing leadership by supervising and managing junior Information Management specialists.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT workflows, workforce systems, and database tracking networks
• Manage and maintain key Navy enterprise platforms and administrative portals
• Provide direct leadership by supervising and managing junior Information Management specialists
• Ensure consistent data integrity and team task execution

Requirements

• Six years of experience with: Automatic Data Processing (ADP) services environment, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning, Waypoints Learning Management System, Total Workforce Management Services, Human Resources Port, and Management of Online reservations
• Capable of working independently with minimal guidance
• Supervise/manage junior information management specialists

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, or CCNA preferred

Pay

$95,000 to $103,500
