Senior Information Architect

Job SummaryOur client, a major entertainment and media company, is looking for a Senior Information Architect to join their enterprise architecture organization, contract for 1 year, based in Orlando, FL (also open to Burbank, Seattle, NYC, Bristol CT, or LA area). This is an architect responsible for designing and owning the end-to-end architecture connecting ServiceNow with agentic AI platforms like Moveworks across enterprise systems. Looking for someone with deep, architecture-level ServiceNow experience, not just admin or configuration work, plus real experience designing or integrating AI/automation solutions and strong stakeholder communication skills. Core ResponsibilitiesDefine and own end-to-end architecture integrating ServiceNow with Moveworks and other AI copilotsDevelop and maintain technical roadmaps, standards, and reference architecturesLead solution design and discovery for complex, multi-system integrations (ServiceNow, Moveworks, HRIS, and other enterprise apps)Establish and evolve taxonomies, data models, and governance practicesDevelop architecture documentation, diagrams (current, transition, future state), and performance metricsPartner with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow and AI capabilities into IT and business processesMentor and provide thought leadership to engineers and product teams on AI, automation, and ITSM initiatives Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field 10+ years relevant experience in architecture, engineering, or product leadership within enterprise technology environmentsDeep expertise in enterprise or solution architecture in large, complex, geographically distributed environmentsStrong ServiceNow platform experience (ITSM/ITOM, CMDB, workflows, integration patterns)Experience designing or integrating AI/automation solutions, ideally agentic AI platforms or copilotsProven ability to develop data models, taxonomies, standards, and governance frameworksExcellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder influence skills Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)Direct experience with multi-agent AI, conversational AI frameworks, or platforms like Moveworks, Joule.ai, or Microsoft CopilotBackground in HR service delivery, digital employee experience, or workforce technology ecosystemsTOGAF, ITIL, or other relevant architecture/cloud/security certificationsMBA or advanced degree Key Competencies and BehaviorsComfortable owning high-level architecture decisions with real business risk attachedCan translate complex technical concepts into terms senior leaders will act onWorks well across multidisciplinary teams to capture requirements and drive solutionsProactive about staying current with enterprise AI and automation platformsCan operate with real autonomy while building consensus across senior stakeholders Work EnvironmentLocation: Orlando, FL preferred (also open to Burbank, Seattle, NYC, Bristol CT, LA area)Hybrid Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $62.00 and $89.00.
