Senior Industry Principal, (Strategic Value Advisory)

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to assess business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored roadmaps and solutions.
• Apply expertise in demand planning and supply chain analytics.
• Translate industry challenges into custom solutions for clients.
• Create and present business cases demonstrating ROI for solutions.
• Maintain cutting-edge knowledge in supply chain and technology to support innovation.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and contribute to thought leadership materials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, supply chain transformation, or strategic advisory services.
• Deep subject matter expertise in supply chain fundamentals and ERP solutions.
• Graduate degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
• Proven success in designing and delivering supply chain transformation initiatives across industries.
• Experience leading business value assessments and strategic roadmap developments.
• Strong consultative selling skills and engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML technologies related to supply chain optimization.

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
