Senior Industry Advisor
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $163,400 – $245,000 annually.
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Industry Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. In this highly visible role, you will serve as a trusted industry voice bridging customer operations, product strategy, and commercial conversations. You will bring deep domain credibility to help shape roadmap priorities, support complex implementations, and translate real-world market feedback into actionable guidance for internal teams. The position also plays an important role in external representation, helping strengthen market relationships and communicate the company’s point of view across the industry.
Responsibilities
- Advise Product on feature trade-offs from an operator's perspective
- Determine custom versus standardized reporting needs for clients
- Translate quarterly business review feedback into prioritized product roadmap inputs
- Represent the company at industry conferences
- Manage relationships with key trade organizations
- Develop market point-of-view documents for internal and external use
- Participate in prospect pitches to provide industry insights
- Support complex implementation issues and provide account guidance
Qualifications
- Senior-level experience in the property care trade industry with operations and technology oversight
- Proven success managing high-performing operations in enterprise settings
- Recent experience with property care technology systems and major platform migrations
- Strong market credibility and storytelling abilities among industry operators
- Operational expertise in recurring revenue agreements, technician routing, and multi-location operations
- Experience with M&A integrations or platform consolidations preferred
