The Senior Industrial Technical & Safety Training Specialist is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of high-impact technical, operational, and environmental safety training programs. Operating in a high-volume, highly regulated environment (specifically under Department of Energy [DOE], OSHA, and Department of Transportation [DOT] frameworks), this role ensures that all contractor and project personnel are thoroughly trained, certified, and compliant with federal, state, and company safety standards. This role demands a unique combination of instructional design expertise (using the ADDIE model), dynamic classroom and field-based facilitation, and hands-on technical proficiency with heavy machinery, mechanical systems, and material handling equipment.
Responsibilities
- ADDIE Methodology: Utilize the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) framework to build, update, and evaluate robust safety and technical training curricula.
