Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, fabricate and repair Electrical systems including but not limited to air compressors, pumps, motors, boilers, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air cylinders, switches, tanks, vessels, pipes and valves.
- Installation of new equipment, running conduit, installing pipe and other manufacturing equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they cause disruptions.
- Troubleshoot plant equipment problems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
- Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, technical documents, electrical prints, for both fabrication and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician with a strong background in Electrical systems and fabrication.
- Experience working in a multi-craft industrial manufacturing or similar environment with experience as an electrician, machinist, fabricator, pipefitter, welder, millwright, and or mechanic is required.
- Experience welding, cutting, grinding, drill press, running conduit and other maintenance fabrication shop equipment is required.
