Responsibilities
- Define and plan technical work from objectives, validating requirements with stakeholders
- Lead the execution of test strategies, generate test reports, and ensure compliance with requirements
- Independently execute technical work and supervise other resources
- Lead improvement initiatives and approve technical solutions
- Coach and develop less experienced employees
- Gather and validate requirements for root cause analysis on issues
- Document equipment configuration and team processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years in design and implementation of industrial control systems using PLCs, HMIs, and Drives
- Advanced experience programming Rockwell PLCs (ControlLogix, GuardLogix)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex automated systems
- Experience developing and programming Human Machine Interface (Ignition 8, FactoryTalk ME/SE)
Pay
$149,000 – $204,600 annually
