Responsibilities
- Manage complex litigation and provide counseling on regulatory, competition, and healthcare law risks
- Assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes
- Minimize risk through proactive counseling
- Represent the company in high-stakes legal proceedings
- Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators
- Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad
Requirements
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation
- Experience drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases
- Strong academic and professional background
- Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills

- Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
