Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more.
• Assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes.
• Minimize risk through proactive counseling.
• Represent the company in high-stakes legal proceedings.
• Work on forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

Requirements

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.

Qualifications

Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
