Responsibilities
- Manage complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more
- Assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes
- Minimize risk through proactive counseling
- Represent the company in high-stakes legal proceedings
- Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators
- Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad
Requirements
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases
- Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Strong academic and professional background
- Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills
