Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more
• Assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes
• Minimize risk through proactive counseling
• Represent the company in high-stakes legal proceedings
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators
• Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad

Requirements

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation
• Experience drafting motions and briefs
• Experience taking depositions
• Experience conducting oral arguments
• Experience leading settlement negotiations
• Experience trying cases
• Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Strong academic and professional background
• Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills
