Senior Implementation Consultant - Board EPM (US/Canada only)

Remote position open to US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship is available.

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full implementation of Board EPM solutions from start to finish
• Translate FP&A processes into scalable Board models
• Facilitate client workshops and process design sessions
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery
• Create executive documentation, dashboards, and training materials
• Support ongoing improvement of delivery methodology

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Board EPM solutions in consulting
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Knowledge of corporate budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting
• Ability to convert business needs into system designs
• Proficient in Excel and data modeling
• Understanding of managerial accounting principles
• Strong communication and presentation abilities

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
