Senior Implementation Architect - US Remote
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Implementation Architect to join our Professional Services team in the United States. This role is fully remote, with hiring available in Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Florida, Indiana, New Jersey, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, New York, Texas, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Vermont, and Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end technical implementations for customers across NAM
- Design scalable solutions that translate complex business and data requirements into clear technical architectures
- Define requirements and shape specifications for AI-assisted delivery workflows and automation tooling
- Provide feedback loops from real-world implementations to continuously improve automation capabilities
- Support pre-sales through demos and proof-of-concept projects for strategic prospects
- Onboard and train customer teams to maximize the value they get from our platform
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within Martech SaaS companies (Martech experience is essential)
- Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and system architecture
- Hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, Python, SQL, and database management
- Experience with data pipelines, ingestion, and transformation processes
- A track record of managing implementation timelines across multiple concurrent customer projects
- Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills in customer-facing roles
- Curiosity about AI and eagerness to help define how it should be applied to real delivery challenges
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
The on target earnings (OTE) for this role is $120K to $180K USD annually. Actual earnings may vary depending on individual performance against targets.
