Senior II Finacial Analyst/Exploiter

About the role

BAE Systems is seeking financial exploitation analysts—with Russian language proficiency—to support a client’s analytical requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Successful candidates will work well in a team environment and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. The positions require prior experience with analyzing data and familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives. Native or near-Native Russian is required.

Conduct intelligence research and all-source analysis of data in order to provide finished intelligence products, briefings, assessments on threat financiers, facilitators, and financial operations and networks associated with adversaries. Map and perform analysis of data from formal banking system, financial reports, and informal systems for moving money. Extract and fuse transactional data from all sources to provide value-added analysis and products to support operations and policymakers.

Requirements

• Native or near-Native Russian language proficiency
• Relevant analytical and/or data exploitation experience
• Prior experience analyzing data
• Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives

• Ability to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels

Preferred qualifications

• Banking, Finance, or FINTECH exposure
• Intelligence Community experience

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $146,670 – $249,330. This range is based on market pay structures; individual salaries are determined by business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
