Senior Identity Security Cloud Engineer

About the Role

Senior Associate, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Engineer position within the Advisory Technology Organization.

Responsibilities

• Support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementations, including onboarding, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Configure and maintain SailPoint ISC solutions such as identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, roles, workflows, policies, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve onboarding challenges, and support identity governance activities.
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements and support project delivery.
• Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures following best practices.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum three years of recent hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least one year working with SailPoint ISC.
• Experience supporting SailPoint ISC implementations, including onboarding, identity lifecycle management, certifications, role engineering, workflows, policies, and migrations.
• Understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to technical workstreams.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
