Key Outcomes
- Design and scale IAM infrastructure supporting secure onboarding, offboarding, and access lifecycle management across all business systems and engineering environments
- Implement phishing-resistant MFA, RBAC standards, and automate access governance workflows to improve security posture
- Automate provisioning, certification, and identity lifecycle management processes to reduce manual operational overhead
- Partner with Security, IT, and Engineering teams to strengthen identity controls across cloud, SaaS, and internal infrastructure environments
- Establish scalable auditing, reporting, and compliance visibility across identity systems and enterprise applications
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IAM, enterprise identity engineering, or access governance roles
- Hands-on experience administering enterprise identity providers and access management systems
- Experience implementing MFA, RBAC, provisioning automation, and access review processes at scale
- Strong scripting or automation experience using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar
- Experience supporting cloud and SaaS environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent platforms
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting hardware, robotics, manufacturing, or operational technology (OT) environments
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, or NIST
- Experience integrating IAM into CI/CD, developer infrastructure, or engineering tooling environments
- Exposure to endpoint management and device trust frameworks
- Experience operating in fast-scaling startup environments
