Senior Identification Specialist - Sheriff
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - "What You'll Be Doing" includes description of role, essential functions. This is responsibilities. - "About Our Team" maybe about the team; could be "About the role"? Actually "About Our Team" is about the organization. Could be "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. We have: - Responsibilities: The bullet list of duties: supervise Identification Specialists, verify arrestee identifications, oversee daily work, obtain arrest record, fingerprint arrestees using Live Scan, access confidential data, provide training, etc. Also essential functions list. - Requirements: "Required The Basics (Required Education and Experience)" includes Bachelor's degree, six months experience, fingerprint comparison course, DCI certification, equivalent education/experience accepted. - Qualifications: maybe same as requirements? Could separate: "How Will We Know You're 'The One'?" lists abilities: handle high stress, accomplish tasks accurately, lead/guide others, actively participate as team member, knowledge of systems/procedures. Those could be Skills. - Skills: maybe those abilities. - Pay: "Hiring Range: 25.38 - 31.10 Market Range: 25.38 - 36.83". That's pay info. - Schedule: "Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm". Also Location maybe not a heading but could be included in About the role? Not required. - Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. There's no benefits details. So we should not create Benefits section. - About the role: maybe a brief overview: "The Wake County Sheriff's Office is seeking applicants to join our team as our next Senior Identification Specialist." plus "About Our Team" description. Could combine. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not have heading "Senior Identification Specialist". Use About the role heading. We need to preserve all substantive info. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, Background Check Statement, Emergency Service Worker Statement, What Makes Wake Great (though that is substantive about the organization? It's about Wake County; maybe we can include under About the role? It's about the organization, not the role. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "What Makes Wake Great" seems like marketing fluff but not boilerplate; it's substantive about the county. Might be considered part of About the team. However it's not directly about the role. The instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content for it. It does have content about Wake County. Could include under About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the Organization" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings are limited to those list. So we could put that info under About the role (makes sense). Or we could omit if we think it's not required. But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that info somewhere. The allowed headings include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put the "About Our Team" and "What Makes Wake Great" under About the role. We must not include duplicated lines. There's a duplicated line: "Please include ALL prior work experience on your application and resume." appears twice. We should include only once. We must not include application instructions like "Please include ALL prior work experience on your application and resume." That's arguably an application instruction. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should drop that line entirely. However it's also a requirement? It's a request to include experience. Might be considered application instruction. Safer to remove. Also "Posting Closing Date: 7:00 pm on 10/7/2026" is metadata; could be folded into a short p or dropped. The instruction says do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include a short p with location and schedule maybe. But we already have schedule separate. Location maybe in About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

We also need to include location maybe in About the role paragraph. Already included. We must not include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed. Check for duplicated lines: we omitted the duplicate "Please include ALL prior work experience..." lines. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "Posting Closing Date: 7:00 pm on 10/7/2026" we omitted. That's okay as minor metadata; we could include a short p but not required. The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short p or drop it. We dropped it. Check for any mention of "Benefits": none, so we omitted Benefits section. Check for any mention of "Qualifications": we didn't include a Qualifications section; we have Requirements and Skills. Could we treat Requirements as Qualifications? The instruction lists both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We have Requirements; we could also add Qualifications if there is distinct content. The "How Will We Know You're 'The One'?" could be Qualifications rather than Skills. But we already used Skills for those abilities. Could rename that section to Qualifications. However the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which to use. We have both Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications (abilities). Could split: Requirements for education/experience, Qualifications for abilities. Then Skills maybe not needed. But we have abilities list; could be Qualifications. Let's map: - Requirements: education/experience (Bachelor's, six months, course, DCI cert). - Qualifications: abilities (handle stress, accurate tasks, lead/guide, team participation, knowledge of systems). - Skills: maybe not needed; we could omit Skills section if no specific technical skills beyond those. But we could keep Skills for something like "Fingerprint verification, LiveScan operation, DCI terminal operation". Those are more technical skills. However those are already in Responsibilities. Might be redundant. Given the instruction to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could combine abilities into Qualifications and omit Skills. Let's do that. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's rewrite:About the role
... (as above)
Responsibilities
- ... (list of duties)
Requirements
- ... (education/experience)
Qualifications
- ... (abilities)
Pay
...
Schedule
...
We should also include location maybe in About the role. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "About Our Team" description includes number of employees, area, population, etc. We included that. The "What Makes Wake Great" includes details about NC State University, Research Triangle Park, Carolina Hurricanes, AAA bond rating, budget, etc. We included that. We omitted the duplicated line about including prior work experience (application instruction). Good. We omitted the "Posting Closing Date
