Troubleshooting Complex Technical Issues
- Assess and diagnose high-severity and nonstandard technical issues
- Resolve incidents in alignment with established Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
- Act as a senior escalation consultant for Level I, II, and III engineers
- Lead resolution of cross-system or enterprise-wide incidents
Leading Project Work
- Design, deploy, maintain, and document enterprise IT systems, integrations, and automation workflows
- Lead the technical execution of large or complex projects
- Establish architecture, security, automation, and operational readiness
Establishing Best Practices for Maintenance and Resolution
- Establish and enforce standards for system availability, continuity, security, and automation reliability
- Include monitoring, alerting, backups, patching, access controls, and workflow resiliency
On Queue/Escalation Support
- Act as a senior escalation point for critical incidents
- Apply sound judgment to assess urgency, impact, and risk
- Identify opportunities to improve incident response through automation and tooling enhancements
Automation & Infrastructure Enablement
- Design and implement infrastructure as code, workflow automation, and CI/CD pipelines
- Build and maintain event-driven and API-based automation across identity platforms, SaaS applications, and enterprise systems
- Leverage tools such as low-code/no-code platforms, custom scripts, and AI-enabled workflows
- Reduce manual effort and operational risk
- Establish automation standards and reusable patterns
Contributing to Knowledge Bases
- Author and maintain advanced technical documentation, SOPs, integration diagrams, and automation artifacts
- Ensure documentation supports operational sustainability and audit readiness
Personal Development & Mentoring Others
- Drive continuous learning and mentor engineers
- Provide technical leadership for roadmap planning, audits, compliance reviews, and governance initiatives

Skills & Experience
- Subject matter expertise in enterprise systems engineering, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and access governance frameworks
- Deep experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity lifecycle management, access governance, and enterprise application integrations
- Strong experience designing and maintaining automated provisioning and deprovisioning pipelines
- Advanced knowledge of RBAC and ABAC access models and enforcement of least-privilege strategies
- Strong automation background, including: Infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions, Workflow automation platforms such as n8n or similar orchestration tools, Scripted and API-driven integrations across SaaS platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Partner Center, including tenant relationships, role assignments, identity configuration, and access delegation
- Experience with Snow automation and Workday integrations is a strong plus
- Familiarity with modern productivity and automation tooling (e.g., Cursor, Power Platform) to accelerate delivery
- Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud-based and automated environments
- Experience collaborating with Architecture and Governance teams to translate strategy into practical engineering solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and leadership audiences
