We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "About Redtree" then "Position Summary" then "You Will..." then "If You..." then "Preferred Qualifications" then "What Redtree Offers". Also "Work Authorization" maybe minor metadata. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections that have real content. The posting has: About Redtree (company description) maybe "About the role"? Actually "About Redtree" is about company, not role. Could map to "About the role"? But we should preserve content. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which headings to use based on content. We have sections: About Redtree (company overview) could be "About the role"? Not exactly. Could use "About the role" for position summary. Could use "Responsibilities" for "You Will...". Could use "Requirements" for "If You...". Could use "Qualifications" for "Preferred Qualifications". Could use "Benefits" for "What Redtree Offers". Could also include "Work Authorization" maybe as a short paragraph under something else, but not a heading. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits are stated: "What Redtree Offers" includes 100% remote work, 100% employer-sponsored benefits, etc. So we can have Benefits section. We should not include Pay or Schedule because not mentioned. We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

About the role

Redtree Engineering specializes in engineering, project management, and construction support services across mission-critical facilities, power systems, industrial projects, and complex infrastructure, with a particular strength in power plant and power generation design. Redtree offers 100% remote work for this role. As a growing engineering firm, we've built our team around flexibility from day one, giving engineers the ability to do serious, high-impact design work from anywhere in the U.S., without relocating or commuting to an office.

Position Summary

Redtree is seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer to execute and help lead the design and development of process, plant, and building control systems for distributed generation and district energy projects, including electric, steam, chilled water, hot water, and cogeneration facilities. This role covers I&C engineering activities across the full project lifecycle, on both EPC and traditional Design-Bid-Build (DBB) projects, and works closely with process, mechanical, and project management teams. This role carries more independent ownership of design deliverables than earlier-career positions, along with growing responsibility for reviewing the work of less experienced engineers and interfacing directly with clients on defined scope.

But we might combine About Redtree and Position Summary under About the role? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. We could have About the role covering company description and position summary. However we need to preserve all info; we can split into multiple sections if appropriate. Better: Use About the role for company overview and position summary combined? Might be okay. Then Responsibilities for "You Will..." list. Then Requirements for "If You..." list (including degree, experience, skills). Then Qualifications for "Preferred Qualifications" list. Then Benefits for "What Redtree Offers" list. Work Authorization maybe as a short p under Benefits or separate small paragraph without heading. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits we need lists. We need to decide what constitutes a list. The "You Will..." section has many bullet-like sentences each starting with a verb. We'll turn each into
  • . Similarly "If You..." has bullet-like sentences each starting with a capital letter; we can list. Preferred Qualifications also list. What Redtree Offers list. We must not invent or summarize away detail; preserve all. Let's extract content. About Redtree paragraph: "About Redtree Redtree Engineering specializes in engineering, project management, and construction support services across mission-critical facilities, power systems, industrial projects, and complex infrastructure, with a particular strength in power plant and power generation design. Redtree offers 100% remote work for this role. As a growing engineering firm, we've built our team around flexibility from day one, giving engineers the ability to do serious, high-impact design work from anywhere in the U.S., without relocating or commuting to an office." We'll put that in a

under About the role. Position Summary paragraph: "Redtree is seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer to execute and help lead the design and development of process, plant, and building control systems for distributed generation and district energy projects, including electric, steam, chilled water, hot water, and cogeneration facilities. This role covers I&C engineering activities across the full project lifecycle, on both EPC and traditional Design-Bid-Build (DBB) projects, and works closely with process, mechanical, and project management teams. This role carries more independent ownership of design deliverables than earlier-career positions, along with growing responsibility for reviewing the work of less experienced engineers and interfacing directly with clients on defined scope." We could also put under About the role or separate heading Position Summary. But we only have allowed headings list; we could add a heading "Position Summary" but not in the list. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. So we need to fit Position Summary into About the role maybe. Thus About the role heading will contain both company description and position summary. Then Responsibilities heading for You Will... Then Requirements heading for If You... Then Qualifications heading for Preferred Qualifications. Then Benefits heading for What Redtree Offers. Work Authorization maybe as a short p after Benefits or within Benefits? Could be a separate short paragraph without heading. We must not repeat job title as heading; fine. Now craft HTML. Let's write:

    About the role

Redtree Engineering specializes in engineering, project management, and construction support services across mission-critical facilities, power systems, industrial projects, and complex infrastructure, with a particular strength in power plant and power generation design. Redtree offers 100% remote work for this role. • Support procurement activities, including technical specifications, RFQ documentation, bid evaluations, and vendor submittal review.
    • Coordinate with control system vendors and suppliers, including participation in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
    • Provide technical support during construction, installation, and commissioning, including field inspections and issue resolution.
    • Serve as a client point of contact on defined I&C scope, under the guidance of a discipline lead.
    • Review deliverables and provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience developing or reviewing P&IDs, loop diagrams, and instrument data sheets.
    • Experience developing control logic and system control narratives.
    • Strong knowledge of instrumentation selection and specification.
    • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to perform quality reviews of detailed engineering documents and specifications.

    Qualifications

    • Professional Engineer (PE) license, or active pursuit of licensure.
    • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing technical role on I&C scope.
    • Experience supporting process safety reviews (HAZOP, PHA) and developing interlock/control documentation.
    • Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior engineers.

    Benefits

    • 100% remote work, U.S.-based, with no relocation or office requirement.
    • 100% employer-sponsored benefits.
    • Direct exposure to the full project lifecycle, from concept through construction and commissioning, rather than a narrow phase or discipline silo.
    • A growing, entrepreneurial engineering team partnering with industry-leading clients on mission-critical facilities, power systems, and complex infrastructure.
    • Multiple openings across Mid to Senior levels, with the flexibility to match title and compensation to the selected candidate's experience.
