Senior I&C Engineer

About the role

Create relationships with clients in the Orlando, Miami, Ft. Myers, and Tampa, Florida area and act as a liaison between the local design team, client and remote design teams.
Manage and coordinate marketing, planning, design and construction phase services for automation, instrumentation, control and SCADA projects for water and wastewater utilities.
Lead execution and take overall responsibility for I&C design projects as well as coordinate I&C engineering efforts for large multi-discipline projects.
Maintain and monitor project schedule and budgets and assist with proposals and presentations in response to sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Florida Professional Engineering license or the ability to attain 4 years’ experience in instrumentation, control, and automation design consulting
• 4 years’ experience in water/wastewater industry
• 2 years’ experience in project management and business development.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing
• Minimum of 11 years related work experience

Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
