About the role
Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing sustainable solutions for urban infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance urban resilience and quality of life.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to keep all parties informed and aligned on project progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local government officials and community stakeholders to secure project approvals and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in urban infrastructure management.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
- Strong understanding of sustainable development principles and ability to implement them in project design and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Knowledge of international sustainability standards and certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM).
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
