About the role
Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing sustainable infrastructure solutions. Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee project execution, including coordination with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure adherence to sustainability standards and environmental regulations
- Manage project risks and issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide feedback to improve processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into project designs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure management
- Proven track record in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and green building practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
- Knowledge of local and international environmental laws and regulations
