About the role

Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing sustainable infrastructure solutions. Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines
  • Oversee project execution, including coordination with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure adherence to sustainability standards and environmental regulations
  • Manage project risks and issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide feedback to improve processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into project designs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure management
  • Proven track record in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and green building practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Qualifications

    • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
    • Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
    • Knowledge of local and international environmental laws and regulations
