Senior HVAC Technician / Supervisor Residential

Job Duties

• Serves, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems and troubleshoots HVAC malfunctions and determines extent of necessary repairs.
• Maintains a neat work area and inspects for cleanliness after each job.
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Wears floor savers while in the client's home.
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring it is clean inside and out.
• Oversees a small team of HVAC service, maintenance, and install techs.
• Works directly with the owner on growth strategies and performance metrics.

Requirements

• EPA 608 Universal License.
• At least 5+ years of Residential HVAC Experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot service issues, repairs, and problems.
• Proper and safe use of tools and related equipment.
• Effective communication skills in a team environment.
• Monday through Friday work schedule, option to work weekends.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Leadership and supervisory ability.
• Basic tools required.
• Professional conduct.

Pay

Compensation: $34-$40 / hr and additional incentives.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
