Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced HVAC control systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize building automation solutions
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC controls engineering
- Proficient in HVAC control systems design and implementation
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of energy-efficient HVAC systems
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or MATLAB
Skills
- Proficiency in HVAC control software (e.g., Trane IQ, Johnson Controls)
- Experience with BACnet, Modbus, and other communication protocols
- Understanding of building physics and thermal modeling
- Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
