Senior HUMINT Instructor

About the role

This role leads technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create lesson plans tailored to varying customer HUMINT experience
• Analyze learning objectives against program requirements
• Design adult-learning techniques to enhance engagement
• Develop methods to evaluate instructional programs and individual modules
• Facilitate classes and provide synchronous training
• Evaluate student work and prepare feedback

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with polygraph
• Relevant operational experience in HUMINT
• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years experience or Master’s degree with 12+ years experience
• Prior classroom training experience
• Knowledge of current learning and development models

Skills

• Strong instructional design skills
• Experience with adult learning techniques
• Ability to evaluate and improve instructional programs
• Effective facilitation and training delivery skills

Pay

$130,000 – $235,000 annually
